Rental of the Heritage House includes the use of the downstairs public areas only, in addition to any outdoor space.

Additional rentals can also include tents, stage, flooring, tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.  Prices to be determined at time of event planning.

Event capacity is 200 maximum, however 150 guests is ideal.  With the use of porch and outside areas, capacity can easily accommodate more than 100.  Capacity for seated weddings inside is comfortable at 50 depending on selected seating arrangements.

Booking procedures:  To reserve the Heritage House for events, a completed Reservation Information Sheet and Agreement must be submitted.  A deposit equaling one-third of rental amount must be presented at time of rental agreement in order to secure the space.  This deposit is non-refundable.  Cancellations must be made 90 days before the event.
